What is 'consultancy' - what does that mean?
To consult is to provide expert advice as an independent and impartial third-party with specialist knowledge on the subject matter - in our case, it's Risk Management.
What's a 'meaningful response'?
A meaningful response is more than just an acknowledgment that we've received your enquiry. We guarantee to respond to your email with useful information wherever possible.
Why are phone surgery calls limited to 12 minutes?
We limit the call time so that all enquiries are concise and to the point. Surgeries are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to be fair to all of our clients. We can take 8 calls per surgery session.
What is Slack, and how does it work?
Slack is a web-based application (desktop & mobile) with instant messaging, video calling, screen-sharing and file-sharing features. We offer a dedicated Slack workspace with our Premium packages.
How many team members can I invite to Ibex Gantt?
You may invite as many people as you need. All of our consultancy packages include an Ibex Gantt account with unlimited everything. You may also schedule consultancy time for assitance on Ibex Gantt.
